We’ve just launched our most significant update of the Dataro platform yet. This next evolution of Dataro is designed to help you run targeted, multichannel campaigns that meet each donor with the right message, in the right channel, at the right time.

1. Our user interface has been streamlined for intuitive use 💪
We’re making it easier than ever to use Dataro to build audiences and launch campaigns, with an improved platform design that supports your core workflows. Dataro’s new design puts your donor audiences front and center, to help you quickly identify and take action on fundraising opportunities. 2. You can now fully build and segment targeted audiences directly in Dataro 🎯
With our latest updates to the Audience Builder tool (previously called List Builder), you can now build fully customizable donor lists directly in Dataro. Whether you’re starting from scratch and replicating the same list filters that you might use in your CRM, or starting with an AI-segmented Smart Audience and customizing it to your preferences, we’re making it easier than ever to identify and target the right donors with every campaign. 3. We've added new AI donor models for enhanced fundraising personalization 🤝
Targeting each donor with the right message at the right time just got a little easier. Dataro’s Future Giving model looks 5 years into the future to predict the long term value of each of your donors, helping guide your stewardship strategies and priorities.
For organizations with an active email marketing connection, the First Gift model identifies email subscribers who are ready to convert to donors, and Interest Areas identifies the content themes that resonate most for each donor based on their interactions with your emails.
4. Turning insights into action is easier than ever 💡
Building your audience is just the beginning of what you can do in Dataro. Whether you’re using an AI-segmented Smart Audience or a custom-built list, you’ll now find an enhanced menu of options for taking action, including pushing the list directly to digital advertising platforms, sending the list back to your CRM (for Salesforce and Raiser’s Edge NXT users), or drafting personalized content with our new and improved AI content assistant.
